Acb365 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is detected, acb365 reserves the right to suspend the transaction pending investigation.

Bonuses and promotional offers at acb365 are provided subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the associated terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Cannot be claimed more than once from the same device or IP address.
• Wagering Requirement: The wagering multiplier assigned to each bonus (typically 10x–30x) must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The validity period for earning a bonus is typically 7–30 days. Bonuses will be forfeited once this period expires.

• In the event of a dispute over match results, the official ruling of the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant sports authority shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acb365 platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bots or Automation: Placing bets using any automated software or bots.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or other illicit financial purposes.
• Use Outside Permitted Regions: Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted country or region.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in any form of match manipulation.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in acb365 suspending or permanently terminating the account without notice, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Acb365 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party service failures (e.g., payment gateway issues).
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from match outcomes or odds changes.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of complaint submission.
• For complex cases, a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
• The decision of acb365 is final and binding on both parties.
